George Michael Bodnar, 79, of Radcliff, KY passed away Sunday, October 15, 2017 at Hardin Memorial Hospital, Elizabethtown, KY.

Mr. Bodnar was retired from the United States Army. He was a member of V.F.W. Post #10281, Vine Grove, KY and American Legion Post #113, Elizabethtown, KY.

He was preceded in death by one brother, Michael George Bodnar; and a sister, Helen Komir.

Survivors include:
One son, John Michael Bodnar of Rineyville, KY; one daughter, Dr. Anna Marie Bodnar-Campbell of Odum, GA; two grandsons, Matthew Michael Bodnar, Andrew Joseph Bodnar both of Rineyville, KY; one sister, Margaret Cassett of Mount Union, PA; and several nieces, nephews, family & friends.

Visitation will be from 2:00 PM until 5:00 PM Saturday, October 21, 2017 at Coffey & Chism Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY.

A graveside service with military honors will be held at 1:00 PM, Monday, October 23, 2017 at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central, Radcliff, KY.
