Matilda Mains Obituary

Matilda "Tillie" Eubank Mains, 94, of Vine Grove, KY passed away Tuesday, March 27, 2018 at the Signature Healthcare at North Hardin.

Mrs. Mains was a member of Valley View Baptist Church, Vine Grove, KY.

She was preceded in death by two husbands, Edward Morris Eubank, William Herbert Mains, Sr.; one son, Edward Wayne Eubank; a grandson, Michael Lee Shaw; two sisters, Eva Copas, Runell Arquilla; one brother, Clarence Burks; three half sisters, Laverne Simmons, Lola Mitchell, Hazel Ritter.

Survivors include:
Two daughters, Sandra Eubank Shaw & her husband, Ronny of Indianapolis, IN, Carolyn Jones & her husband, W.D. of Vine Grove, KY; four grandchildren, Pam Withrow & her husband, Chris, Tara Wohlford & her husband, John, Mark E. Shaw & his wife, Mary, David W. Shaw & his wife, Tammy; eight great grandchildren, Joshua Withrow, Mark Edward Shaw, Jr., Sarah Victoria Shaw, Rachel Alene Shaw, Michael Gene Shaw, William Wohlford, Gemma Wohlford, Aaralyn Wohlford.

Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM Thursday and from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM Friday at Coffey & Chism Funeral Home

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, March 30, 2018 at the chapel of Coffey & Chism Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY with Brother Ron Burgess officiating. Burial will follow in the Elizabethtown Memorial Gardens.
