Mr. Burgess, I don't know if you will remember, I am a nurse at Cal Turner in Scottsville. We had many conversations during her stay there, shared our love for dogs. I was, and am, truly touched by your love for Mrs. Burgess, your dedication and unwavering conviction to see she had the best of care, at least as close as you could get to the best of care. She went through so much, yet always had a smile. She was truly beautiful. My prayer is you will be able to find peace in knowing you never stopped taking care of her, and your love for her never faltered. I will be forever grateful our paths crossed.

That is beautiful words for a beautiful woman. She was my boss at Bluegrass Cellular. I’ve been searching for her as she was also my friend, and I found her obituary. She was one of a kind. Her husband Darvin is a wonderful man, and they loved each other so much. I pray that they’ve found comfort in knowing she’s at peace in heaven with their daughter. Prayers and blessings to the family in Jesus’ name amen

My heart is very sad for Patty's family and all who love and adore her. I worked under Patty at Bluegrass Cellular many years ago and she gave so many of us a lifetime of wisdom, laughter, awesome hugs and so much love. Prayers and hugs for all of you.

To the Burgess and O'nan Families
I offer my heartfelt condolences to the entire family and do not have the words to describe my sorrow at Pat's passing.
Pat was an incredible Women, Mother, Wife, Grandmother, Sister and friend. Simply put, she was the best of us all.
She has moved on to a more peaceful resting place which she definitely deserved. May we all find strength from the courage she exhibited daily during these last challenging years.
She will be missed but never forgotten as we will always have our wonderful memories of her life.
Take Care.....Bill
