Austin Kahn Obituary

Austin Wesley Kahn, 15, of Rineyville, KY passed away Friday, March 15, 2018 at the Norton Children’s Hospital, Louisville, KY.

Austin was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Elizabethtown, KY and was a freshman at North Hardin High School, Radcliff, KY. He was also a member of the North Hardin Golf team and the Vocal Technique Choir.

Survivors include:
His parents, Christopher & Jeanette Kahn of Rineyville, KY; two sisters, Kayla Kahn, Heidi Kahn; and a host of family & friends.

Visitation will be from 4:30 PM until 8:00 PM Tuesday, March 20, 2018 at Coffey & Chism Funeral Home, 769 Highland Ave., Vine Grove, KY 40175.

Funeral services will be held at the Oakdale Memorial Park & Mortuary, Glendora, CA at a later date.
