Bernard Thomas “Tom” Jurcak, 67, of Radcliff, KY passed away Sunday, May 27, 2018 at Hardin Memorial Hospital, Elizabethtown, KY.

Mr. Jurcak was retired from the United States Army and a veteran of the Vietnam War. He also worked as a truck driver for fifth teen years at J.B. Hunt and was a CDL instructor.

He was preceded in death his parents, Bernard J. & Mary D. Jurcak; one brother, John A. “Jack” Jurcak; and one sister, Jean Marie Jurcak.

Survivors include three children, Thomas Eugene Jurcak of Radcliff, KY, Jodi Hoffman of Washington, Paul Jurcak of Michigan; ten grandchildren, Devin, Nickolas, Jayden, Gavin, Haleigh, Caleb, Carissa, Kaylynn, Sheridan, Ashlee; six great grandchildren, Owen, Blake, Hunter, Makayla, Abby, Benjamin; one sister, Shirley D. Zuelch of Ohio; and a host of family & friends.

A graveside service for Mr. Jurcak will be held at 2:30 PM, Monday, June 4, 2018 at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central, Radcliff, KY with military honors.
