Dale Allen Basham

Dale Allen Basham, 62, of Flaherty, KY passed away Thursday, July 5, 2018 at his residence.

Mr. Basham was retired from Civil Service, Fort Knox, KY and was a member of the Harrison #122 Masonic Lodge, Brandenburg, KY.  

Mr. Basham was preceded in death by his parents, Elzie & Martha Basham; and his mother in law, Betty Jo Hayes.

Survivors include:
His loving wife of 36 years, Vicki Basham of Flaherty, KY; a son, Clayton Lee Basham (Morgan) of Russellville, KY; one granddaughter, Addilynn Jo Basham; two brothers, Donald Lee Basham (Paula) of Port Charlotte, FL., Larry Edward Basham (Jeanie) of Lexington, SC; a father in law, Harlin Hayes; several nieces; nephews; and a host of family & friends.

Visitation will be from 2:00 PM until 7:00 PM Saturday and from 12:00 until 1:00 PM Sunday at Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY. A masonic service will be held at 6:30 PM Saturday at the funeral home.

Funeral services for Mr. Basham will be held at 1:00 PM, Sunday, July 8, 2018 at the chapel of Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY. Burial will follow in the Little Clifty United Methodist Church Cemetery, Big Clifty, KY.
