David Balentine

David Balentine, 57, of Hodgenville, KY passed away Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at Jewish Hospital, Louisville, KY.

Mr. Balentine was a loving, kind, and caring person. He was a son, father, stepdad, grandpa, and friend to everyone.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Georgia Balentine.

Survivors include: The love of his life, Tammy Reesor; four children, Kyle (Jessie), Jesse (Brianna), Harley (Felicia), Kayla (Michael); four grandchildren, Zachary, Camden, Layla, Skyler; his father, Ralph (Ilse); five sisters, Linda, Debbie, Laura, Diana, Cathy; one brother, Larry; his mother & father in law, Jim & Wanda Reesor, a brother in law, Ronnie (Melissa); a sister in law Amy (Brian), a niece, Breanna; one nephew, Garrett; and  a host of family & friends.

Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM Monday at Coffey & Chism Funeral Home.

Funeral services for Mr. Balentine will be held at 2:00 PM, Monday, April 2, 2018 at the chapel of Coffey & Chism Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY with Pastor Steven Priddy officiating. Burial will follow in the Mount Zion Cemetery, Elizabethtown, KY.
