Dorothy Sevella Embry Swofford, 76, of Rineyville, KY passed away Monday, June 3, 2019.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Sam & Dorothy Bowman; one son, Darrell Embry; one brother, Sam Bowman; two sisters, Loretta Sauer, Myrtle Blackaby; and one grandson, Kyle.

Survivors include:
Five daughters, Ann Pelley & her husband, Adam of Flaherty, KY, Bonnie Sauer & her husband, Steve of Louisville, KY, Connie Blevins & her husband, Cliff of Corydon, IN, Jeanne Embry of Louisville, KY, Vera Ciemiega of Muldraugh, KY, two sons, Stevie Embry of Louisville, KY, Tommy Ciemiega of Louisville, KY; seventeen grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren; three brothers; eight sisters; and a host of family & friends.

Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until 3:00 PM, Wednesday, June 5, 2019 at Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY
