Earnest H. Jones, 71, of Radcliff, KY passed away Friday, March 8, 2019 at his residence.

Mr. Jones was born in Forrest City, AR on August 26, 1947 to the late James & Julia Jones, Sr.. He was retired from the United States Army.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James & Julia Jones, Sr.; and four brothers, Will Jones, Herman Jones, Johnny Jones, and James Jones, Jr.

Survivors include: His loving wife of forty nine years, Mary Jones of Radcliff, KY; four children, Kimetha Jones of Clarksville, TN, James Jones of Clarksville, TN, Kristy Wise & her husband, Marvin of Leesburg, GA, Justin Jones of Radcliff, KY; eleven grandchildren; two great grandchildren; four sisters, Georgia Jones of Champaign, IL, Fleetie Jones of Champaign of IL, Magnolia Gilbert & her husband, Steve of Champaign, IL, Alice Moore & her husband, Lonnie of Indianapolis, IN; one brother, Arthur Jones of Springfield, IL; and a host of nieces, nephews, family & friends.

Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 6:00 PM Friday at Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY.

Funeral services for Mr. Jones will be held at 6:00 PM, Friday, March 15, 2019 at Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY.

A funeral service and burial will also take place in Champaign, IL at a later date.
