CW3 (RET) Gary Wayne Elswick, 69, of Elizabethtown, KY passed away Tuesday, August 7, 2018 at the Robley Rex VA Medical Center, Louisville, KY.

Mr. Elswick was a veteran of the Vietnam War having served twenty two years in the United States Army.

Survivors include:
His loving wife of fifty years, Barbara Elswick of Elizabethtown, KY; two sons, Gary Elswick, II of Elizabethown, KY, Shawn Elswick & his wife, Pam of Elizabethtown, KY; three grandchildren, 1LT Brandon Elswick of Fort Campbell, KY, Devon Elswick of Elizabethtown, KY, Brad Elswick of Elizabethtown, KY; three brothers, Patrick Elswick of West Vriginia, Michael Elswick of Virginia, Shannon Elswick of Virginia; and one sister, Melody Martin of West Virginia.

A graveside service with military honors will be held at 2:30 PM, Monday, August 13, 2018 at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central, Radcliff, KY.
