Kathy Gittings Obituary

Kathy Gittings, 58, of Vine Grove, KY passed away Thursday, June 14, 2018 at her residence.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Jessica Marie Raymer; her father, Maurice Yates; and a brother, Bill Yates.

Survivors include:
Her husband, Elmer Gittings of Vine Grove, KY; one daughter, Sandra Via (Jan) of Louisville, KY; one son, Christopher Bowman (Kristin) of Louisville, KY; five grandchildren; her mother, Pearl Pedigo (Bill); three brothers, Jesse Yates of Florida, George Yates of Springfield, KY, Jimmy Yates of Louisville, KY; and a host of friends.

Visitation will be from 1:00 PM until 5:30 PM Sunday and after 9:00 AM Monday at the Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY.

Funeral services for Mrs. Gittings will be held at 10:00 AM, Monday, June 18, 2018 at the chapel of Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY with Rev. George Yates officiating. Burial will follow in the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central, Radcliff, KY.
