LeRoy Embry, Jr., 49, of Springfield, KY passed away Friday, May 17, 2019 at Wellstar Spaulding Regional Hospital, Griffin, GA.

Survivors include:
His wife, Heather Embry; seven children, Megan Evans (Steve), Matthew Embry (Sara), James Embry (Tara), Amanda Padgett (Curtis), Andrew Embry (Kala), Andoria Pruitt, Vicki Embry; twenty one grandchildren; his father, LeRoy Embry, Sr. (Melba Jane); his mother, Christina O’Gara Embry; six siblings, Danny Embry (Mia), Terry Embry (Jayme), Tim Embry (Shahaley), Wendy Hufnagl (Joe), Elizabeth Starr (Brice), Jennifer Bice (Ron); and several nieces, nephews, family & friends.

Visitation will be from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM Wednesday and from 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM Thursday at Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY.

Funeral services for Mr. Embry will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, May 23, 2019 at the chapel of Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY with Brother Shannon McCubbins officiating. Burial will follow in the Rineyville Memorial Cemetery, Rineyville, KY.
