Melissa Carr Obituary

Melissa Kay Carr, 48, of Elizabethtown, KY passed away Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at Jewish Hospital, Louisville, KY.

Mrs. Carr was a member of Grace Fellowship, Elizabethtown, KY.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Roy Lee Hawkins

Survivors include: Her husband, Bill Carr of Elizabethtown, KY; one daughter, Kara Gray & her husband, Chad of Elizabethtown, KY; six grandchildren; one stepdaughter, Shannon Walker of Elizabethtown, KY; her parents, Clifton & Jo Ann Martin of Elizabethtown, KY; six siblings; and a host of family & friends.

Visitation will be from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM Friday at the Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY.

Funeral services for Mrs. Carr will be held at 12:00 PM, Saturday, December 1, 2018 at the chapel of Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY with Rev. Charles Hinckley officiating. Burial will follow in the Jenkins Family Cemetery, Elizabethtown, KY.
