Melvin Daniel Shofner, 53, of Radcliff, KY passed away Tuesday, May 29, 2018 at Hardin Memorial Hospital, Elizabethtown, KY.

Survivors include three siblings, Rita Lynette, James Mark Shofner, Phillip Ray Shofner; three aunts, Helen M. Forsee, Louise Vance, and Betty Shofner.

A graveside service for Mr. Shofner will be held at 2:20 PM, Friday, June 1, 2018 at the North Hardin Memorial Gardens, Radcliff, KY with Pastor Denver Copeland officiating.
