Michael Dewayne Mills, 57, of Radcliff, KY passed away Sunday, April 21, 2019 at Hosparus Inpatient Care Center, Louisville, KY.

Survivors include:
One sister, Judy Decker; close friends, Derek Marnell, Mark Gray, Rhonda Mattingly Smolenski & her husband, Tommy; his dog, Teddy; and bird, Hollie.

Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM Saturday, April 27, 2019 at the Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY.

A graveside service for Mr. Mills will be held at 1:15 PM, Saturday, April 27, 2019 at the St. Brigid cemetery, Vine Grove, KY.
