Patricia Jean Hayes, 69, of Elizabethtown, KY passed away Thursday, November 23, 2017 at the Sunrise Manor Nursing Facility, Hodgenville, KY.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Larry Leslie Hayes; her parents, Floyd & Hazel Blair; and one brother, Wayne Blair

Survivors include two sons, Larry Bradley Hayes & his wife, Tina, Richard Floyd Hayes & his wife, Shannon; two granddaughters, Sydney Lin Hayes, Isabel Mae Hayes; one sister, Diane Goodall; two brothers, Thomas Blair, Timothy Blair; and a host of family & friends.

A graveside service for Mrs. Hayes will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, November 25, 2017 at the Stovall United Methodist Church Cemetery, Radcliff, KY with Brother Daniel Wilson officiating.
