Richard Lampson Obituary

Richard “Ricky” Robert Lampson, 50, of Vine Grove, KY passed away Monday, March 11, 2019 at Norton Hospital, Louisville, KY.

Mr. Lampson was a graduate of North Hardin High School and the University of Louisville. He was an eagle scout, a park ranger and substitute school teacher for many years.

He was preceded in death by his father, Larry R. Lampson.

Survivors include:
His mother, Merlinde Lampson of Vine Grove, KY; one brother, John Lampson of Elizabethtown, KY; one sister, Kathy Linharr of Colorado Springs, CO; two nephews, Derick Shelton, Michael Shelton; one niece, Bethany Linharr; and many friends.

Visitation will be from 2:00 PM until 4:00 PM Sunday at Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY.

Funeral services for Mr. Lampson will be held at 4:00 PM, Sunday, March 17, 2019 at the Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY with Rev. Mark Powell officiating. Cremation will follow the service.
