Ron Atkinson Obituary

Ron Atkinson, 70, of Elizabethtown, KY passed away Wednesday, January 8, 2020 at Hardin Memorial Health, Elizabethtown, KY.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Ronald & Hazel Atkinson; one brother, Charles “Dickie” Atkinson.

He is survived by his wife, Terrie Atkinson of Elizabethtown, KY; one son, Jason Atkinson of Radcliff, KY; one daughter, Melissa Leach (David) of Radcliff, KY; one grandchild, Colt Dalton; one great grandchild; two sisters, Doris Higgins (Shirl) of Ohio, and Linda Futrell (Charles) of Alabama.

Visitation will be on Saturday, January 11, 2020 from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY. Cremation will follow the visitation.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to American Legion Post #113, Vietnam Veteran's Honor's Dinner, 1251 Ring Road, Elizabethtown, KY42701.
