Sam Shields Obituary

Samuel Wade “Pac Rat” Shields, 44, formerly of Vine Grove, KY passed away Sunday, November 25, 2018 in Hardyville, KY.

Mr. Shields was a member of the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association and a veteran of the United States Army.

Survivors include:
Two children, Gabriel Shields, Dakota Shields; his father, Jimmie Shields, Sr.; his mother, Venia Engelter; one brother, Jimmie Shields, Jr.; a former spouse & close friend, Ryan Twitchell; and his CVMA brothers.

Visitation will be from 1:30 PM until 2:00 PM Monday at Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY.

A graveside service with military honors will be held at 2:30 P.M. Monday, December 3, 2018 at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central, Radcliff, KY.
