Termaine Perry Obituary

Termaine “Maino” Perry, 35, of Vine Grove, KY passed away Thursday, February 21, 2019 at Norton Healthcare Hospital, Louisville, KY.

Mr. Perry was a member of Heritage International Christian Church, Radcliff, KY where he served as an usher. He was also a member of Fellowship of Honorable Men.

Survivors include: His wife, Chassity Perry; two daughters, Ayla Perry, Royal Perry; his parents, Roger & Veronica Perry, Sr. all of Vine Grove, KY; one brother, Roger Perry, Jr. & his wife, Shirley of Elizabethtown, KY; his paternal grandparents, Isaac & Yvonne Perry; two nieces, Lina Perry of Elizabethtown, KY, Shyla Frye of Charlotte, NC; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, in-laws, extended family & friends.

Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM Saturday, March 2, 2019 at Heritage International Christian Church, Radcliff, KY.

Funeral services for Mr. Perry will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, March 2, 2019 at Heritage International Christian Church, Radcliff, KY Pastor Aubrey Jackson officiating. Burial will follow in the Vine Grove Cemetery.
