Abigail Grace “Abby” West, 21, of Cookeville, TN passed away Wednesday, May 25, 2022 in Flaherty, KY from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident.

Ms. West was a junior at Tennessee Tech University, Cookeville, TN.

Survivors include:
Her mother, Christina Pantoja & her husband, Daniel of Flaherty, KY; one brother, James West of Tennessee; maternal grandparents, Charles & Francis Simmons of Vine Grove, KY; paternal grandmother, Helene West; and a host of extended family & friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
