Anna Jean (Thompson) Corbett

Anna Jean Thompson Corbett, 86, of Flaherty, KY passed away Friday, September 25, 2020 at her residence.

Mrs. Corbett was a member of St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church, Flaherty, KY and she was retired from Fort Knox.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ed Vowels; her parents, Raymond & Anna Ray Thompson; one great grandson, Jacobi Hager; one sister, Betty White; and a special friend, Ursal French.

Survivors include: Six children, Brenda Redmon & her husband, Steve, Judi Crutcher, Pam Chapman & her husband, Dickie, Ron Vowels & his wife, Tricia, Terry Lancaster & her husband, Dan, Shannon Bruner; nineteen grandchildren; thirty great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; and a host of family & friends.

Visitation will be from 12:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Monday and from 9:00 AM until 10:30 AM Tuesday at Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY. A prayer service will be held at 7:00 PM, Monday at the funeral home.

A Mass of Christian Burial for Mrs. Corbett will be held at 11:00 AM, Tuesday, September 29, 2020 at the St. Martin of Tours Gymnasium, Flaherty, KY with Rev. Jeff Hopper officiating. Burial will follow in the St. Brigid Cemetery, Vine Grove, KY.
