Anthony Peter Dziatkowski

Anthony Peter Dziatkowski, 85, of Muldraugh, KY passed away Sunday, November 8, 2020 at Carl M. Brashear Radcliff Veterans Center.

Mr. Dziatkowski was retired from the United States Army having served two tours in Vietnam.

He was preceded in death by one sister, Janet Wilimczyk.  

Survivors include:
His loving wife, Margaretta Dziatkowski; six children, Michael Dziatkowski, Mitchell Dziatkowski, Richard Dziatkowski, Helen Tate, John Dziatkowski, Robert Dziatkowski; one brother, John Dziatkowski; and a host of extended family & friends.

Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM, Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY.

Funeral services for Mr. Dziatkowski will be held at 1:00 PM, Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at the chapel of Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY. Burial will follow at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central, Radcliff, KY with military honors.
