Brian Edward Plowman

Brian Edward “Ed” Plowman, 59, of Vine Grove, KY passed away Sunday, March 15, 2020 at Hardin Memorial Health.

Mr. Plowman was a veteran of the United States Army and retired from the Department of Defense. He was also a member of the NRA.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Elizabeth Mary Plowman.

Survivors include: His loving wife, Catherine Plowman of Vine Grove, KY; three children, Jeremy Plowman & his wife, Patricia of Texas, Brian Plowman, II of Vine Grove, KY, Brandon Plowman of Illinois; six grandchildren, Alizabeth, Nathan, Sierra, Brooklyn, Brianna, Britnee; his father, Michael Plowman; and a host of family & friends.

Extended family & friends may watch the service at 12:00 PM, Tuesday, March 24, 2020 streaming live via our funeral home Facebook page. Live streaming will begin at 11:55 AM on Tuesday.

Because of recent health concerns and staying in compliance with the recommendations of The Governor of Kentucky, Funeral Directors Association of Kentucky, National Funeral Directors Association, and CDC. The visitation, funeral service, and burial for Mr. Plowman will be private for immediate family only.

Immediate family includes: spouse, children (adopted, half and step children), parents, grandchildren, grandparents, siblings, in-laws (mother, father, brother, sister, daughter and son). We are limited to only having ten or less people in the building at a time.
