Carla Netral

Carla Netral, 53, of Elizabethtown, KY passed away unexpectedly Thursday, October 23, 2025 at Baptist Health Hardin, Elizabethtown, KY. Carla was born April 11, 1972 to Rosemary Netral.

Born into a world that she would come to enrich profoundly, Carla dedicated her life to the noble vocation of teaching. Her career as an educator spanned several decades, during which she touched the lives of countless students with her kindness, and an unshakeable belief in their potential. Carla's interests extended beyond her professional life into the realms of family and personal joy. Being a mother & grandmother was her greatest pride, and she approached it with the same dedication and love that characterized her teaching.

She was preceded in death by a sister, Nicky.

Ms. Netral is survived by four children, Kristen Brock (David), Ivan Llorente, Peter Llorente (Ashley), Hunter Llorente; five grandchildren, Wyatt, Aubree, Aliviana, Alex, Connor; three siblings, Taina Aponte, Mike Aponte, Robert Aponte; and a host of extended family & friends.

Cremation was chosen by the family and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
