Cheryl Ann Stevens, 71, of Radcliff, KY passed away Saturday, July 18, 2020 at her residence.
Survivors include: five children, Cheryl King, Scotty Rankin, June Ellen Montalvo, Crystal Ann Stevens, Juanita Sarah Stevens; eight grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; one brother, Jeffrey Rankin; and a host of family & friends.
Visitation will be from 1:00 PM until 6:00 PM, Wednesday, July 22, 2020 at Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY.
A funeral service will be held at 4:00 PM, Wednesday, July 22, 2020 at the chapel of Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY.
