Consuelo Corrales M.D., 94, of Vine Grove, KY passed away Sunday, November 9, 2025 at the Robley Rex VA Medical Center, Louisville, KY.

Her life was a testament to the impact one individual can have through dedicated service and an unwavering commitment to helping others. She was veteran of the United States Air Force and a medical doctor. Her patients cherished her for the selfless care she provided.
