Cynthia Jean Ottaviani, 61, of Radcliff, KY passed away Thursday, June 11, 2020 at Hardin Memorial Health, Elizabethtown, KY.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Skip Valois.

Survivors include:
Two sons, Chris Ottaviani, Skip Ottaviani; six grandchildren, Allyssa Ottaviani, Ashley Ottaviani, Kyleigh Jennison, Gavin Ottaviani, Aidan Ottaviani, Wyatt Ottaviani; one great grandson, Teddy Reynolds; one brother, Jack Valois; one sister, Nancy Duke; and a host of family & friends.

Cremation was chosen by the family.
