Daniel Smallwood Obituary

Daniel “Danny” Smallwood, 71, of Elizabethtown, KY passed away Friday, June 7, 2019.

Mr. Smallwood was retired from the United States Army.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James A. & Jessie H. Smallwood; and two brothers.

Survivors include:
Five children, Kim Smallwood of Atlanta, GA, Tanya Smallwood of Poughkeepsie, NY, William Forrester of Radcliff, KY, Angel Franks of New Orleans, LA, Danielle Embry of St. Louis, MO; six grandchildren; three brothers; and three sisters.

Visitation will be from 12:00 PM until 1:00 PM, Tuesday at Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY.

Funeral services for Mr. Smallwood will be held at 1:00 PM, Tuesday, June 11, 2019 at the chapel of Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY with Brother Dennis Tabor officiating. Burial will follow in the KY Veterans Cemetery Central, Radcliff, KY with military honors.
