Darren Wesley Hill Jr Obituary

Darren Wesley Hill Jr, 35, of Louisville, KY passed away Tuesday, May 27, 2025 at his residence.

Mr. Hill proudly served his country as a member of the United States Marine Corps, where he held the role of a field artillery cannoneer. Darren was a welder who could transform metal into works of art and practical structures. His desire for learning and personal growth was insatiable. He was always seeking to expand his knowledge and skills, whether through formal education or life experiences. He also enjoyed listening to music but Darren's greatest joy was found in the time he spent with his son and family.

Mr. Hill is survived by his wife, Allyssa Rivera Hill; one son, Antonio Hill, his mother, Twyla Brothers; his father, Michael Carroll; three sisters; one brother; and a host of nieces, nephews, extended family & friends.

Visitation will be from 12:00 PM until 1:00 PM, Thursday, June 12, 2025 at the Restoration Worship Center, 1352 North Logsdon Parkway, Radcliff, KY 40160.

Funeral services for Mr. Hill will be held at 1:00 PM, Thursday, June 12, 2025 at the Restoration Worship Center, 1352 North Logsdon Parkway, Radcliff, KY 40160 with Pastor Carl U Smalls II officiating. Burial with military honors will follow at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central, Radcliff, KY.
