Denise Renee Curtis, 28, of Radcliff, KY passed away Sunday, March 23, 2025 at Norton Hospital, Louisville, KY.

Denise was a cherished team leader at UPS Global Shipping & Logistics Solutions, where she dedicated many years of service.

Mrs. Curtis is survived by her husband, Corey Curtis; two daughters, Kamayah Curtis, Khloe Curtis; her mother, Janice Borja; her father, Partick Borja; eight sisters, Tanishia (Jesse Sr), Jayanna (Joseph), Patrice (Andrew), Leihuani, Keilana, Jay ‘Desharice, Lielana, Jerrica; one brother, Nicolas (Jennifer); and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, extended family & friends.

Visitation will be from 12:00 PM until 12:45 PM, Saturday, April 5, 2025 at Chism Family Funeral Home.

Funeral services for Mrs. Curtis will be held at 12:45 PM, Saturday, April 5, 2025 at the chapel of Chism Family Funeral Home with Pastor Robert Gillespie officiating. Burial will follow at the Otter Creek Cemetery, Vine Grove, KY.
