Donald G. Clark

Donald “Donnie” Clark, 70, of Flaherty, KY passed away Tuesday, January 14, 2020 at Kindred Hospital, Louisville, KY.

Mr. Clark was a veteran of the Vietnam War and Desert Storm having retired from the United States Army. His achievements & memberships include: assistant chief of the Flaherty Fire Department, retired from Rural Metro EMS, V.F.W. Post 10281, Vine Grove, KY, and served for the Oregon Milton Freewater Police Department for several years.

Survivors include:
His wife of thirty two years, Denise Bennett Clark of Flaherty, KY; four children, David Clark of Flaherty, KY, Danielle Phelps & her husband, Ben of Ohio, Don Clark of Washington, Nancy Clark of Oregon; twelve grandchildren; three great grandchildren; one brother, Kevin Winger of Washington; several nieces, nephews, emergency service family, and friends.

Visitation will be from 2:00 PM until 9:00 PM Thursday, January 23, 2020 at Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, January 24, 2020 at the chapel of Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY with Chaplain Will Smith officiating. Burial will follow at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central, Radcliff, KY with military honors.
