Evaristo Ramos-Sanchez, 84, of Radcliff, KY passed away Tuesday, September 3, 2024 at his residence.

Evaristo was a proud veteran of the Vietnam War, having honorably served his country in the United States Army. Following his military service, Evaristo embarked on a career with the United States Postal Service, where he continued to serve the public with distinction. Over the course of 24 years, until his retirement, he was a familiar and friendly face to many, known for his reliability and warm demeanor.

Survivors include his wife of 31 years, Valentin; five children, Janeth, Barbara Lee, Zelinda, Samuel, William; five grandchildren, Zuleyka, Michael, Brandon, Gabriela, Joseph; two great grandchildren, Juan, Ashley; three siblings, Juan, Raquel, Margarita; and a host of extended family & friends.

Visitation will be from 12:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Wednesday, September 11, 2024 and from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM, Thursday, September 12, 2024 at Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 PM, Thursday, September 12, 2024 at the chapel of Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY with Rev. Jeff Hopper officiating. Burial with military honors will follow at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central, Radcliff, KY.
