Frederic M. Haslam, 76, of Radcliff, KY passed away Tuesday, March 11, 2025 at Baptist Health Louisville.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty “Mings” Haslam; and a stepson, Mike Mings.

Mr. Haslam is survived by his three daughters, Darlene Prather (James) of Elizabethtown, KY, Shelly Perkins of Campbellsville, KY, Kathy Jacowicz (Mike) of Lebanon, KY; one son, Doug Mings (Vicki) of Madisonville, KY; two brothers, George Haslam, Marty Haslam both of Connecticut; and a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren. He also survived by his second family of friends at his workplace Doe Valley Golf Course.

After retiring from the army, Fred would enjoy spending many days on the golf course.

Throughout his ordeal of fighting a leg infection, Fred always remained positive and faithful that he would be able to walk and play golf again.

Visitation will be from 9:00 AM until 1:00 PM, Saturday, March 15, 2025 at Chism Family Funeral Home.

Funeral services for Mr. Haslam will be held at 1:00 PM, Saturday, March 15, 2025 at the chapel of Chism Family Funeral Home. Burial with military honors will follow at North Hardin Memorial Gardens, Radcliff, KY.
