Gary Dean Compton, 58, of Radcliff, KY passed away Monday, April 8, 2024 at his residence with his family by his side. 

Mr. Compton was a member of Kentucky Widows Sons and Masonic Lodge #273. He was also a veteran of the United States Army.

He was preceded in death by his father, JB Compton.

Mr. Compton is survived by his wife, Stella McPeek Compton; two step children, Allison Williamson, Matthew Bartley; two step grandchildren, Shelby Williamson, Violet Clevinger & one one the way, Carter Cantrell; his mother, Patricia Tackett; one sister, Anntoinette Crowell; and a host of extended family & friends.

Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Thursday, April 11, 2024 and from 9:00 AM until 10:00 AM, Friday, April 12, 2024 at Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY. A masonic service will be held at 7:00 PM, Thursday followed by Widows Sons service.

A funeral service with military honors will be held for Mr. Compton at 10:00 AM, Friday, April 12, 2024 at the chapel of Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY.  Burial will follow at the Annie E. Young Cemetery, Pikeville, KY.
