Harry Hofstra went home to his Lord and Savior on October 17th, 2025.  He was born on May 28th, 1940 in a small town in Friesland, Holland. 

He was a devoted Son, Husband, Father and Friend.  His Wife Shirlee, Oldest Son Scott, Daughter in Law Amy, Granddaughter Elizabeth and Grandson Andrew were waiting for him in Heaven along with his parents Andrew and Tena, Sister Tena, Brothers Maynard and Wilbur.

Harry is survived by his son Johnathan (Christine) Hofstra, Tamera (Chris) Huvaere and Christopher (Brandy) Hofstra.  Harry also has 14 Grand Children and 21 Great Grandchildren.

He and his family immigrated from Holland in 1950 and all became proud American Citizens.  He worked for Economics Laboratories for 37 years in Sales and Service.  He was a man of unconditional Love and Service to his Family and Friends.  You would be very hard pressed to find someone that had a harsh word to say about Harry.

Harry’s Love of God and His Family was an example to all those who knew him.  He is in the presence of his Lord and Savior and would wish that for all that are reading this. 

Service to be held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at Mill Creek Baptist Church, 1182 Jones Ave, Radcliff, KY 40160.  Public visitation begins at 12:00 with the service to begin at 1:00 pm.  Donations can be made in Harry’s memory to the church.
