Henry Chapman Obituary

Henry Jack Chapman, 34, of Paducah, KY passed away Saturday, October 5, 2019 at Jewish Hospital, Louisville, KY.

Survivors include his mother, Geneva Worley; six siblings, Becky Chapman, Ashley Worley, Tammy Worley, Clarence Worley, Erica Worley, Kelly Chapman; and a host of extended family & friends.

Visitation will be from noon until 8:00 PM Friday and from 11:00 AM until 1:30 PM Saturday at Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY.

Funeral services for Mr. Chapman will be held at 1:30 PM, Saturday, October 12, 2019 at the chapel of Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY. Burial will follow at Vine Grove Cemetery, Vine Grove, KY.
