Jackie Dean “JD” Hunter, Sr., 76, of Radcliff, KY passed away Friday, January 22, 2021 at Baptist Health Hardin, Elizabethtown, KY.

Mr. Hunter was a member of Mill Creek Baptist Church, Radcliff, KY. He was retired from the United States Army and the Department of Defense.

Survivors include:
His loving wife of fifty two years, Gaby Hunter of Radcliff, KY; four children, Randy Tapley of Missouri, Kimberly Kelley of Vine Grove, KY, Monica Brooks of Eastview, KY, Jackie Hunter, Jr. of Hodgenville, KY; four grandchildren, Jessica, Haley, Tyler, Trace; two great grandchildren, Xavier, Jaylee; five siblings, JoAnn Escridge, Anna B. Taylor, Judy Rickett, Geneva Nees, Charles David Hunter; and a host of extended family & friends.

Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until 1:30 PM, Monday, February 1, 2021 at Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY.

Funeral services for Mr. Hunter will be held at 1:30 PM, Monday, February 1, 2021 at the chapel of Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY with Pastor Faron Knopp officiating. A graveside service with military honors will follow at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central, Radcliff, KY.
