Jaime Williams Obituary

Jaime Roberto Williams, known as Will to his friends and family, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 20, 2024, at his residence in Radcliff, KY, at the age of 71. Born on April 16, 1952, in Panama City, Panama, Will was a man whose life was marked by his courageous spirit, selfless nature, and gentle demeanor.

Will was the son of his late parents, Hannan and Kathleen Williams, and a brother to Ricardo Williams, who preceded him in death. He was also preceded in death by his father & mother in law, Kenneth & Rose Grimes.

His loss is deeply felt by his devoted wife of 31 years, Debbie Williams, and his stepchildren, Kimberly Jennett and William Autry. He is also survived by his siblings, Teresa Freeman (Gary) and Linda Brewer (David), his brother Cesar Williams (Alma), five brother and sister in laws, Joyce (Jim), Kathy (Charlie), Karen (John), David (Lori), and Kenny. He had seven grandchildren, nine great grandchildren, several nephews and nieces, a best friend, Robert Isom, and a host of extended family & friends.

A proud veteran, Will served with distinction in the United States Army during Desert Storm. Even after his military service, Will continued to demonstrate his dedication to his fellow veterans as an active member of DAV chapter 156 in Radcliff, KY, and the American Legion Post #113 in Elizabethtown, KY. After his military service he went on to dedicate another 24 years and retire from Akebono in Elizabethtown, KY.

A graveside service with military honors will be held at 2:30 PM, Friday, March 15, 2024 at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central, Radcliff, KY. Immediately following the services there will be a Celebration of Life at Deez Butts BBQ in Elizabethtown, KY.
