James Hill

James Hill, 81, of Flaherty, KY passed away on Tuesday, October 17, 2023 at his residence in Flaherty, Kentucky. Born on Friday, November 14, 1941 in Ann Arbor, Michigan, James lived a life dedicated to his family and service to his country.

Mr. Hill was a veteran of the United States Navy. He retired from the United States Army having served in the Cuban Missile Crisis of October 1962.

A devoted family man, James is survived by his wife of 63 years, Laurene Hill, their son, Keith Hill, and a grandson, Elijah Luke Hill.

A graveside service with military honors will be held at 1:30 PM, Tuesday, October 24, 2023 at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central, Radcliff, KY.
