Jeraldine (Lewis) Polk

Jeraldine Lewis Polk, 90, of Radcliff, KY was called home by God on Tuesday, July 28, 2020 while at the Signature Healthcare at North Hardin, Radcliff, KY.

Mrs. Polk was born August 30, 1929 in Bessemer, AL to the late James & Geneva “Lucy” Brady Lewis. She was the oldest granddaughter of John & Clara Brady of Bolivar, TN. She later moved to Bolivar, TN and graduated from high school in Chicago, IL. Geraldine accepted Christ at an early age and is a member of the Greater Springfield M.B. Church, Bolivar, TN. She was united in Holy Matrimony to Mr. George W. Polk on February 5, 1955 and retired from from Fort Knox, KY.

She leaves to mourn her passing her husband, George Polk of Radcliff, KY; one son, Wally Lewis & his wife, Louise of Bolivar, TN; her daughter, Debra Jarmon of Radcliff, KY; two granddaughters, Teneshia Lewis of Atlanta, GA, Contessa Hamer of Columbus, OH; three grandsons, Michael Perkins & his wife, NaShunda of Chicago, IL, Brandon Lewis & his wife, Crystal of Atlanta, GA, Bernard Lewis of Atlanta, GA; ten great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, family & friends.

Visitation will be from 12:30 PM until 1:00 PM, Saturday, August 8, 2020 at Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY.

Funeral services for Mrs. Polk will be held at 1:00 PM, Saturday, August 8, 2020 at the chapel of Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY. Burial will be private.
