Kathleen Louise "Kathy" Echlin, aged 67, of Vine Grove, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 20, 2023. Born on Monday, August 6, 1956, in St. Louis, Missouri, Kathy was well-known for her gentle spirit and selfless nature.

Kathy had a passion for arts and crafts, a hobby that brought her great joy and fulfillment. Her nimble fingers could turn a piece of yarn into a beautiful crochet masterpiece, and her creativity knew no bounds. Her love for crafting was not just a hobby, but a way for her to express her love and care for those around her. Each piece she crafted was a testament to her attention to detail and her immense talent.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Gary Echlin, Sr.

Kathy's greatest pride and joy were her family. She is survived by her two children, Gary Echlin, Jr. of Rineyville, KY, and Elizabeth Leonard of Hardinsburg, KY; and her nine beloved grandchildren.

Cremation was chosen by the family.
