Keith Ray Rhodes, 44, of Radcliff, KY, passed away on May 29, 2026, at Baptist Health Hardin, Elizabethtown, KY.
He was a devoted husband, father, son, brother, uncle, nephew, and friend. To know him was to love him. Keith was a Christian, who loved the Lord, his family, and his friends.
He worked as a heavy equipment operator at Fort Knox, where he was known for his strong work ethics and dedication to his job as well as his colleagues.
Keith had a passion for being outdoors. He loved hunting, fishing, and just being outside to enjoy the weather. He never passed up a diet Mt Dew. He was the happiest when he was joking and picking on people. Keith was always good for a laugh. His sense of humor and ability to make others smile will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
His presence brought joy, laughter, and love to those around him. While his passing leaves an immeasurable void, his memory and legacy will live on through the stories, lessons, and moments he shared with those who loved him most.
Keith longed to sit on the outskirts of Heaven where there’s dirt roads for miles, hay in the fields, and fish in the rivers. Where there’s dogwood trees, honeybees, blue skies, and green grass forever. He will be deeply missed and forever loved.
He was preceded in death by his father, David Rhodes, a nephew, Tyler Veach, as well as many other loved ones, who he now joins in Heaven.
Keith leaves behind the love of his life, wife, Ellen, and beautiful daughter, Lacey, who he cherished and enjoyed teaching life lessons. He loved his girls with all of his being. He also leaves behind his mother, Regina, a sister, Tara (Ryan), nephews, nieces, and a host of family and friends, who will forever cherish the memories they shared with him.
Visitation will be from 10:00 AM-12:00 PM on Monday, June 8th, at Lifeline Assembly of God Church, 1116 S. Dixie Blvd., Radcliff, KY., with funeral service to follow, officiated by Chaplin Matt Shenton.
