Kong Seng Phoutharansy, 82, of Elizabethtown, passed away on October 14, 2019 at Norton Hospital.

She was preceded in death by her Husband, Nou Deang Phoutharansy, her Father, Kham Phinch and her Mother, Maik Hansand.

Visitation will be from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM Friday and from 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM Saturday at Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY.

Mrs. Phoutharansy's service will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, October 19, 2019 at the chapel of Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY. Cremation will follow the service.
