Lannie Charles (LC) Evans, 72, of Elizabethtown, passed away at his home Tuesday, September 28, 2021, surrounded by dear friends and family. He was born in Fort Knox, KY to Charles and Dessie Evans.

A proud accomplishment of his was being the second person to receive the HeartMate 3 LVAD through Jewish Hospital, which gave him 7 ½ more years with his loved ones.
A celebration of life will be held at Muldraugh Baptist Church, Sunday, October 10, 2021, from 1:00 – 2:00pm. A funeral service will follow at 2:00pm officiated by Dr. Ray Hicks. The family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Muldraugh Baptist Church.
