Larry Johnson

SSG (RET) Larry Johnson, 58, of Radcliff, KY passed away Monday, November 25, 2019 at Hardin Memorial Hospital, Elizabethtown, KY.

Mr. Johnson’s memberships include: Heritage International Christian Church, Radcliff, KY; Disabled American Veterans; and Sullivan University Alumni. He was retired from the United States Army and veteran of the Gulf War having received a bronze star.     

He was preceded in death by his parents, Clinton & Lucille Johnson; one brother, Stanley Johnson; and an infant sibling.

Survivors include: His loving wife thirty two years, Sung Johnson; three children, Alex Johnson, Larry B. Johnson, Jermaine Johnson; four grandchildren, Marcus, Dante, Zen, Alex; four siblings, Stanley Johnson, Dinah Johnson & her husband, Aaron, Angela Lee & her husband, David, Clint B. Johnson, Sr. & his wife, Nyeesha Harris, Cedric Johnson & his wife, MiJa; nieces & nephews, Aaron L. Johnson, Daphanie Rene Johnson, Tiffany Nicole Johnson, Clintorre DeJarnett, Delesha Hughley, Gabriella Nicole Johnson, Eddie L.  Beckman, III, Diamond C. Johnson, Rico Johnson, Clintia C. Johnson, Clint B. Johnson, Jr., Alisa Yi Johnson, family & friends.

Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM, Thursday, December 5, 2019 at Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY and from 9:00 AM until 10:00 AM, Friday, December 6, 2019 at Heritage International Christian Church, Radcliff, KY.

Funeral services for Mr. Johnson will be held at 10:00 AM, Friday, December 6, 2019 at Heritage International Christian Church, 660 Knox Blvd, Radcliff, KY 40160 with Pastor Aubrey Jackson officiating. Burial will follow in the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central, Radcliff, KY with military honors.
