Leonard Pokuta, Sr.

Leonard J. Pokuta, Sr., 83, of Radcliff, KY passed away Sunday, December 26, 2021 at Baptist Health Hardin, Elizabethtown, KY.

Mr. Pokuta was retired from the United States Army.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Pokuta.

Survivors include:
Two sons, Leonard J. Pokuta, Jr. & his wife, Linda of Radcliff, KY, John L. Pokuta of Radcliff, KY; one daughter, Kim Kaspirek & her husband, Karl of Michigan; two grandchildren, Bradley J. Pokuta & his wife, Taylor, Jenny-Lynn Owens & her husband John; three great grandchildren, Lucas, Garland, Sandie Bell; one sister, Sandy Pokuta of Illinois; and a host of extended family & friends.

Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until 1:30 PM, Tuesday, January 18, 2022 at Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY.

Funeral services for Mr. Pokuta will be held at 1:30 PM, Tuesday, January 18, 2022 at the chapel of Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY. A graveside service with military honors will follow at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central, Radcliff, KY.
