Lewis A. “Lew” Crowdus, 77, of Radcliff, KY passed away Monday, July 13, 2020 at Hardin Memorial Health, Elizabethtown, KY.
Mr. Crowdus was owner & operator of Patrician Dental Lab from 1977-2002 and was also retired from Civil Service, Fort Knox, KY with thirty four years of service. He was a veteran of the United States Air Force. Lew was an avid golfer, Kentucky Colonel, but most of all he was a devoted husband, loving father, and grandfather.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jack & Louise Crowdus.

His loving wife of fifty five years, Patricia Crowdus of Radcliff, KY; three children, Christopher Crowdus & his wife, Beth of Elizabethtown, KY, Brian Crowdus & his wife, Pam of Franklin, KY, Amanda Crowdus & her husband, Henri Fournier of Elizabethtown, KY; five grandchildren, Nathan, Henry, Emilee, Karlee, Ethan; one sister, Gail Vanover of Ekron, KY; and a host of family and friends.
A graveside service with military honors will be held at 10:00 AM, Monday, July 20, 2020 at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery Central, Radcliff, KY.
