Louis Edward Simmons, IV, 18, of Vine Grove, KY passed away Monday, March 25, 2024 at the University of Louisville Hospital.
Mr. Simmons is survived by one son, Elias Simmons; his mother, Krystal M. Groves; four siblings, Travis Noe, Dontrell Carter, Celeste Noe, Lai’lah Simmons; his grandparents, Donald & Roberta Sexton; and a host of extended family & friends.
Cremation was chosen by the family.
