Mark Caplinger, Jr.

Mark Caplinger, Jr., 30, of Louisville, KY passed away Saturday, May 30, 2020 at UofL-Health Mary & Elizabeth Hospital.

Mark was a graduate of Meade County High School and an avid University of Louisville Fan.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Cindy Benningfield Caplinger; and his paternal grandfather, Sonny Caplinger.

Survivors include:
His father, Chris Caplinger & his wife, Lea Ann; one sister, Megan Caplinger; five half siblings, Christy Brooks, Daniel Caplinger, Jordan Alexander, Kelsey Alexander, Amanda Rice; his maternal grandfather, Bill Benningfield; and a host of family & friends.

Visitation will be from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM, Saturday, June 6, 2020 at Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY.

Funeral services for Mr. Caplinger will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, June 6, 2020 at the chapel of Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY. Burial will follow in the Cap Anderson Cemetery, Brandenburg, KY.
